My stay at the hotel was delightful, with spacious and quiet rooms providing a nice retreat. The service was exceptional, and the central location made it convenient to explore the city. However, the dining experience, while generally good, could use some improvement in variety. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay overall.

The hotel has fantastic views of the city, quick room service, and very clean spaces, but it can be noisy due to the tram running at night. The central location is perfect for shopping and dining, although slightly far from the historic center. The service was exceptional in providing advice on specialty shops and restaurants, but not very welcoming at breakfast closing time. The dining experience is rich, but expensive for average quality. The hotel facilities are overall good.

The superb location in the Louise district offers safety and convenience, slightly away from the bustling city center. The breakfast is among the best, especially for those with dietary restrictions, but the facilities should be improved with more exciting amenities.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, big, and clean, offering ample space for relaxation. While the bathroom was still unfinished on our return at 8 pm, the overall comfort and cleanliness were top-notch. The service around the entrance was excellent, with efficient arrangements for cars and drivers. I appreciated being able to enter without knocking, making me feel right at home. The location, right in the center of Brussels, was very favorable, providing easy access to public transport and a quiet atmosphere at night. However, I had to change trains to reach the city center, which was a slight inconvenience. The dining experience was good value and enjoyable; however, it did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The facilities, including room amenities from coffee to alarm clocks, were convenient and well-equipped.
